Ingredients
2 rounds of puff pastry
55g/2oz cranberries
splash of red wine
55g/2oz caster sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 orange slice
4 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Place the puff pastry rounds onto a non-stick-baking sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
3. Heat the cranberries, red wine, sugar and cinnamon together in a pan and reduce over a gentle heat for 6-8 minutes, to thicken.
4. Place one pastry round onto a plate and spoon the cranberry sauce on top. Top with the orange slice and spoon the yoghurt over. Top with the remaining pastry round to form a sandwich.
5. Serve.
