Healthy Snacks: Greek Style Radish and Mint Dip

When it’s sunny we need something refreshing and tasty to help us through the day so this radish and mint dip will do just the trick!

It’s a great addition to any picnic or BBQ and is super simple to make so you can spend more time with your guests.

Here’s what you’ll need and how to make it.

Greek Style Radish and Mint Dip

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

10 French breakfast radishes

150g Greek yoghurt

2 sprigs mint

Method:

Coarsely grate the radishes and chop the mint finely.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl along with a pinch of salt.

Top with an extra sprinkle of mint.

Tips:

Serve as a dip with crudités, bread sticks or as a cooling addition to a spicy meal.
