Fizzy Pink Strawberry Sundae - serves 4

Take 200g of strawberries, reserve four, hull and chop the rest.

Spoon the strawberries into tall sundae glasses.

Pour over some sparkling grape juice (white or red) just to the top of the strawberries.

Place on top a scoop of your favourite strawberry ice cream (strawberry and yogurt is our favourite).

Cover the ice cream with a generous swirl of Anchor Strawberry Flavoured Light Cream, decorate with the whole strawberries and serve with a fizzing flourish.
