Sega is determined to master the mobile market.
Mike Evans, Sega's chief marketing officer and development lead on Sega Forever, has revealed that the gaming giant's bi-weekly releases may one day head to PCs, Facebook and consoles, but in the short term, he insisted that's not the company's focus.
Mike said: "My first focus is mobile. It's a huge project and what I really want to do is get mobile right."
Thereafter, Sega intends to take the titles to other platforms, including the much-discussed Nintendo Switch console.
Speaking to GamesIndustry.biz, Mike explained: "After this, there are options: we can look at desktop, Facebook, we could even take these games to consoles like Switch."
Of Sega's latest ambitious move, Mike previously said that mobile represents a great place to start.
However, he admitted that the firm's hopes extend well beyond one platform.
Mike shared: "We could take it to Xbox Live Arcade or PSN as well. The content is evergreen in that sense. Mobile is a great place to start because the platform is ubiquitous."
The service, which has launched today (23.06.17), is available on Google Play and the App Store.
