An announcement, coming from The Elder Scrolls Online 2022 Global Reveal stream, showed off the latest chapter in The Elder Scrolls Online. This year will feature The Legacy of the Bretons, opening up a brand new world.

The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle will launch in early June this year on PC/MAC and Stadia, while the upcoming Chapter releases onto Xbox and PlayStation later in the month.

In High Isle, over 20 million fans can experience an idyllic, paradise-like island that is filled with medieval culture and atmosphere; players can explore the map and see stunning castles, as well as thrilling tournament grounds, where battles will take place.

The narrative of this year’s Chapter is set to focus on the political side of things, and it seems that High Isle is the ideal place for alliance delegates to have peace talks that may put an end to the Three Banners War.

However, while the summit is being hosted by the noble Society of the Steadfast, players should keep a watchful eye on The Ascendant Order and their troubling motives.

June will open a door to all Elder Scrolls Online players and lead them to the beautiful world of High Isle, the home of the Bretons, who are descendants of both elves and humans.

The social elite within live in the feudalistic society of Gonfalon Bay, where all political happenings on High Isle take place. High Isle is, more than anything else, a ruthless, unforgiving place, so players should sleep with one eye open...

In The Legacy of the Bretons, we'll be introduced to a pair of new companions; Ember is a Khajiit who was raised on the streets and has decent skill in magic, and Isobel is a Breton and aspiring knight who will protect the player at all costs.

Yet another new feature this year, is an all-new game titled Tales of Tribute, which will be playable in-game as part of the upcoming Chapter.

Created in High Isle, this game focuses on building resources with PvP (player versus player) and PvE (player versus enemy); users can increase their rank through the game’s level system.

There are excellent rewards to be unlocked too, such as furnishings, transmute stones, and even advancing a storyline by competing against specific NPCs (non-playable characters) around the world.

The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle Chapter releases on June 6th, 2022 for PC/MAC and Stadia; following this, the Chapter will then make its way onto Xbox and PlayStation consoles on June 21st, 2022.
