Audrey Hepburn has been voted as the ultimate Hollywood beauty, according to Marie Claire.

The fashion icon beat the likes of modern beauties, Keira Knightley, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Cameron Diaz.

Angelina Jolie came second, while the beautiful Grace Kelly was awarded third place in the new poll.

Oddly enough, while blondes are usually considered more sexy than brunettes, most of the top ten is made up of brown-haired beauties.

The only exceptions being Grace Kelly, Marilyn Monroe and Brigitte Bardot, who are arguably among some of the most famous blondes in the world.

Jennifer Aniston, Michelle Pfeiffer and Liv Taylor made up the back end of the top 20 beautiful women.
