The 23-year-old actress has slumped from a size 12 to a 6-8 in the past six months, following unflattering pictures which were published of the star last year.
She was heavily criticised for her cellulite legs, after she was caught off guard on holiday and it seems like this has spurred her into action.
Stepping out at Paris Fashion Week, Mischa's weight loss was clearly evident, looking almost twig-like when pictured from the side.
Her shockingly thin look has left her with sunken cheeks, a gaunt face and arms like twigs, while certain outfits also show her collarbone clearly protruding.
Mischa favoured the painfully thin look when she first shot to fame in The OC, and has since become something of a yo-yo dieter.
It has been reported that she followed something called the 'draconian slimming programme' to slim down three dress sizes, according to The Daily Mail.
Whatever the reason behind her weight-loss, she has now joined the Hollywood ranks of size zero celebs, which are thought to include a new painfully thin Anne Hathaway and serial dieter Lindsay Lohan.
