Lily's never looked better
Lily has plenty to smile about as it is revealed she has dropped two dress sizes through hypnotherapy.
After spending £300 pounds on the treatment, the weight-loss method which has emerged from the US, has even stopped Lily's binge drinking. Celebrities such as Geri Halliwell and Sophie Dahl are also big fans of 'hypno-dieting'.
In recent months Lily's weight has been up and down, as the singer has gone from a size 8 to 14. Now the 23 -year-old is looking better than ever, sporting her dark locks again and a much healthier look altogether.
During the hypnotherapy sessions, performed by a Harley Street doctor, Lily was taught to favour healthy, low-fat meals instead of junk food.
On her return from a recent trip to Miami, Lily was spotted in Heathrow airport looking great in denim hot pants, tights and a cream jumper. Hopefully 2009, will see Lily back on track with some top music.
