Whitney Port said goodbye to her Hills partner in fashion Lauren Conrad and headed for the bright lights and catwalks of New York when she landed her own series, The City. But who has the edge when it comes to style?
Lauren is typical LA with the cute shorts and mini prom dresses that she rocks on the West Coast red carpets. Whitney, meanwhile, channels the New York city vibe with her laid back boho florals and headbands.
Way back in series 1 of the Hills we saw the girls both get a lesson in fashion for a Teen Vogue fashion editor but since then they have evolved into trendsetting fashionistas in their own right.
Lauren now displays top fashion knowledge with her own fashion line and cute party girl look. Whitney has also upped her game with a top job at Diane von Furstenberg and a fab effortless 60s style.

Lauren of course. She's been very stylish from the early days of Laguna Beach.
If it was not with the help of a stylist (on The City) Whitney would be walking around looking a hot mess as she often does/is.
