Victoria Beckham is set to sue a top denim fashion label over her failed dVb range.
The Spice Girl is expected to file a legal suit against Rock and Republic claiming she is owed $100 million in lost earnings after a falling out with label bosses, reports the mail on sunday.
Victoria signed a deal with the company to make her dVb jeans line in 2004 but the partnership was ended in 2006 amid reports of rows Victoria had with designer and owner Michael Ball.
According to the newspaper a High Court listing shows Beckham Brand Ltd, the company established by Victoria and husband David, filed a suit against Rock and Republic in April.
No further details were given as the fashion label has not yet been served.
Victoria is allegedly looking for compensation because the denim line wasn't as lucrative as she was led to believe.
