Stephanie Seymour has been given a public-disturbance summons.

It is alleged minder Joseph Babnik shoved Stephanie into a door in an effort to stop her gaining access to the main house

The 39-year-old model - whose divorce from publisher Peter Brant is becoming increasingly acrimonious - was issued with the order after becoming involved in an altercation with one of Peter's security guards on Saturday (06.06.09).

The New York Post newspaper reports: "Stephanie yanked the keys out of a Brant-hired security guard's car, threw them in the bushes, and then used her Range Rover to block the driveway of the couple's Greenwich, Connecticut, estate, Police Lieutenant Richard Cochran said."

Despite the couple - who have three children together - filing for divorce last March, they are both living on the grounds of the family home, with Peter in the main property and Stephanie staying in the guest house.

It is not the first time police have been involved in an incident at the house.

Last Thursday (04.06.09), officers were twice called to the estate after Stephanie argued with her estranged husband's bodyguards.
It is alleged minder Joseph Babnik shoved Stephanie into a door in an effort to stop her gaining access to the main house. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Cochrane revealed Stephanie has hired bodyguards of her own following the incident.

Later in the day, police again attended after Stephanie started arguing with another security guard. The model has also told police Peter put a Global Positioning System (GPS) device on her car to track her whereabouts, a claim he denies.

In court papers, the couple have stated their 14-year marriage has "broken down irretrievably".
Stephanie claims Peter should be made to leave the family home due to his "threatening behaviour", while he has asked for a court order to make her take drugs and alcohol tests.
