Ed Westwick
Ed Westwick is the latest Gossip Girl star to model for a sportswear range with his campaign K-Swiss, following in the footsteps of Leighton Meester and possibly Taylor Momsen, People reports.
Ed's co-star Leighton, Blair Waldorf in the show, previously modelled for Reebok and Taylor, Jenny Humphries, is rumoured to be signed up as the face of Nike.
Ed, who play's Gossip Girl's Chuck Bass, has been signed up as one of the 'cool people' to represent the new Classic sneaker, which will be introduced in the Spring as an update of their iconic style. Also starring in the campaign with tennis players Tommy Haas, Mardy Fish and Anna Kourniva and Hollywood scions Alexandra Richards and Evan Ross.
The advertisements are shot in black and white and Ed poses on an amp and with a microphone stand.
Ed told People: "I really enjoyed being a part of this important moment for K-Swiss as they celebrate the return of an icon. I have a more traditional and classic style and tend to favour timeless pieces that I can wear again and again."
