If there was one celebrity we didn't expect to turn fashion designer it was Randy Jackson but it seems we were wrong.

The American Idol judge has apparently met with an LA agency to discuss creating a line of women's handbags, NYDailyNews.com reports.

A source said: "Randy met with a PR agency to discuss how to market a new line of handbags, but he had to cut the meeting short to film 'Idol.'"

We can't imagine how Randy is qualified or even interested in becoming an accessories designer but we'll find out soon enough.

Wonder what Simon Cowell will have to say about it all!
