The 35-year-old singer and television personality - who was known for being a member of the girl band The Pussycat Dolls alongside Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton - has admitted she was faced with a number of hurdles when she was creating her Spring/Summer 2017 footwear line.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz about her latest venture and the obstacles she had to overcome, she said: "Well, you have some ideas in your head and when you start designing sometimes you go out there and there's not exactly what you want. Or there was leather that I used, a floral leather, and once we got the sample it was way too mustard and I was like 'Oh my gosh, are we going to have to drop it?' And those are the things you go through in the whole designing process, it's also so much fun."

Although the blonde beauty found the creative process problematic at times, she has admitted the project is her "biggest achievement" to date.

She explained: "It's my own and my business. And the fact I had that thought and it's manifested and it's really happening now is such an achievement itself, I'm really excited."

And Ashley, who models alongside her close friends Laura Whitmore, 31, and Vanessa White, 27, in the campaign, has admitted she specially requested for her pals to accompany her on set for moral support.

Speaking about the photoshoot for Allyn, Ashley said: "I was just like 'I am doing a photoshoot and I want some of my girls with me.' So, I just asked them if they would pop down to the shoot, and they were like 'Yes.' We kind of just made it a girly day. I mean we were just giggling, we just hardly paid attention to the photographer. We were giggling and having fun, which is what I wanted.

"It's my first shoe line, it's my first business outside of something I've done for somebody else. So i wanted my girls to be there for the first time."
