Women Walking Wealthy
Despite news that the credit crunch has damaged more than just our fashion sense, Zurich Insurance has found that women are actually 'walking wealthy' each time they leave the house.
The research carried out showed that the average British woman carries more than £1032, each time they leave the house, compared to the average male who carries £828; that's a hell of a lot of lip gloss!
The worst thing is that most women aren't even aware about how much they are actually carrying, which could prove to be a costly mistake when safeguarding their personal items.
Zurich found that on average that 13% of women are carrying more expensive goods than last year, 57% of women underestimate the total value of items they carry and a further 30% don't know whether they are insured or not outside their homes.
