The Hills' star appears covered in mud on the cover of the famous magazine, which hits the newstands tomorrow.
Heidi is pictured wearing a white bikini with the Playboy bunny logo etched into her dirty body.
This is the latest attempt by Heidi and husband Spencer Pratt to get yet more publicity for their 'Spiedi' franchise- the couple recently appeared on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here USA and even televised their wedding earlier this year.
