Ireland Baldwin finds modelling harder than acting.
Ireland Baldwin, daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger - turned to model work to boost her confidence, signing with IMG Models and Two Management, but admits it has been a lot harder than she initially thought.
She said: "[It was] much harder than I anticipated. It really takes a lot out of you. Though, it is really fun and I never thought I would meet all these lovely people."
The 17-year-old's modelling work has seen her appear on the July 2013 cover of Modern Luxury's Beach magazine and she has received positive reviews, and says she looks up to some of the leading ladies of the industry.
When asked who her fashion role models were, she said: "I have a few, one off the top of my head, Miranda Kerr. I look up to Kate Moss ... and my mum of course."
While she enjoys working as a model, Ireland is also planning to follow in the footsteps of her famous parents and work in the movie business.
She added: "My end goal is to act, write and direct. I grew up on my parents' movie sets and so desperately wanted to be in their position. I would love to be in a comedy or remake of a classic novel."
