Joss Stone Named Worst Dresser

Joss Stone has topped a recent poll of the worst dressed celebrities.

The soul singer's garishly bright fashion sense beat off rivals such as Britney Spears to win her the crown of worst dresser 2007.

Kelly Clarkson and Kimberley Stewart were also amoungst the top five in the survey by US magazine In Touch Weekly.

Joss is not having a good weekend as this follows news that she was snubbed by Queen guitarist Brian May when he pulled out of the duet they were due to perform at this Sunday's Princess Diana concert.

May cancelled the duet to concentrate on coursework for his astronomy PhD qualification.

However, Phil Symes, May's spokesperson, denied Stone and the rocker were due to perform together at the Wembley Stadium gig in London.

He says, "He was never confirmed although they were in discussions about it. Brian is up to his ears trying to complete his PhD thesis so he couldn't do it."
