The 'Bride Wars' actress shares the spotlight with Ryder, 10, and two year old Bingham in the American retailer's new ads, shot by Mikael Jansson, which portray her as a glamorous, multitasking mum.
Ryder, Kate's son from her first marriage to Black Crows singer Chris Robinson, is seen sitting in a director's chair holding a clapper board and looking on as the star poses in the stylish ready-to-wear.
In a second image, Kate holds Bingham - who she has with her fiancé, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy - as she looks over her shoulder, smiling.
A third adorable shot shows Ryder and Bingham hard at work in the kitchen, as the actress laughs to camera.
She told the New York Daily News: "It really captures my life as a working mom and how we all balance those parts of our lives."
The star previously cast her nephews Wilder and Bodhi in her Ann Taylor ads. She took over from Demi Moore as the face of the brand in 2012, claiming she had always aspired to their "sophisticated style".
