Kelly Brook has fashion regrets on a daily basis.
The stunning model-and-actress admits she doesn't always dress immaculately because she's so busy and ends up looking back at photos of herself and regretting her sartorial choices.
She said: "I have [regrets] every day. I sometimes see pictures and think, 'Urgh, why did I put that on?' I'm a busy girl and I don't always have time to put a perfect outfit together."
When she is feeling glamorous, however, the 33-year-old star likes to pick out her finest dress from her closet and she thinks good posture is key.
She added to heat magazine: "[I wear] a gorgeous dress, diamonds, a beautiful clutch and killer heels. Simple but chic. Be confident and work on your posture. That will make any outfit stand out."
Kelly also reveals that she looks up to A-list star Jennifer Lopez, who, like her, is known for her enviable curves.
Quizzed about her style icons, she responded: "Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez for red carpet glamour, and Diane Kruger for 'girl about town' style."
