The Irish TV presenter has teamed up with Virgin Active to create a list of tips and exercise routines that budding fashionistas can take note of in the run up to the "craziness" that is LFW.

However, she has revealed that wearing a pair of thick knitted nylons would be a disaster in the style stakes and instead try out yoga to keep legs toned.

She said: "Tights are a no-no on the front row, so toned legs are a must. Try some Yoga, it's as good for your mind as well as your body and the perfect way to psyche yourself up for the craziness that is Fashion Week.

She added: "You'll be living in heels, so working on posture, strength and most especially balance is crucial. Try Virgin Active's new Barre powered by bootybarre class - it's a mix of ballet, Pilates and yoga that quickly tones and strengthen your muscles so you can wear your new Pradas from dawn till dusk."

The blonde stunner - who was invited back to Bafta winner Leonardo DiCaprio's hotel for a celeb-packed party after the awards on Sunday (14.02.16) - can be seen egging on excited women who are getting ready for watching the runways in a new video for the gym giants.

In the humorous clip, Laura, 30, jokes: "What's the toughest thing you can do? Become Prime Minister? Drive around the M25 ay rush hour? Wrong! Try surviving London Fashion Week.... One stumble, and you can end up on your arse in a plaster cast and that'll look so 1993... Thumbs - good for sucking - plugging leakages - and Instagraming ... Never stop pouting"
