For years we've been telling our men that socks and sandals are a big no no and now they have topped a poll of the worst looks.
The What Not To Wear In Hotspots found that socks and sandals are considered the biggest fashion faux pas for Brit men on holiday, closely followed by Speedos, according to survey organisers Debenhamns,
Another frowned upon look is the English tradition for wearing hankie on the head.
Rounding off the top five was the lager lout favourite Union Jack shorts.
The top ten Fashion No-Nos In Male Holiday Gear is:
1 Socks and sandals
2 Speedos
3 Sarongs
4 Hankie on head
5 Union Jack shorts
6 Bum bags
7 Nipple piercings
8 Football tops
9 Cycling shorts
10 Croc shoes
