Tali Lennox swears by healthy juices.
The model and artist - who is the daughter of Eurythmics singer Annie Lennox - always kicks off her day with a green juice smoothie to ensure she performs her best during castings.
She told The Telegraph newspaper: "My routine changes depending on whether I'm shooting or casting, but I usually get up at 8.30am and head to Juicy Lucy's, a juice stand round the corner where I always get green juice - it's got kale, cucumber, celery and apple in - then I head out to model castings.
Tali got her big break with the Topshop 2010 Christmas campaign"This takes most of the day, but I enjoy it as it gets me moving around the city. If I'm not doing castings, sometimes I volunteer at a soup kitchen in the morning, or I go to the gym."

Tali confessed: "I have an obsession with brightly coloured fuzz, it instantly changes your mood.
"My favourite is the fuzzy electric blue coat by Alberta Ferretti that I was lucky enough to be given as a present. I wear it so much it's like a second skin."
