The sexy Girls Aloud babe looked stunning in the skimpy costumes as she posed on a £2.5 million yacht in Miami.
Harding is the latest celebrity to pose for the lingerie label.
She follows in the footsteps of Rachel Hunter, Penny Lancaster, Jade Jagger and Helena Christensen who have all modelled for the brand.
