Wrap up toasty warm this winter

In nasty weather times such as these, there is nothing better than curling up on the sofa, hot beverage of your preference in hand, a couple of chocolate favourites and slipping in a nice pick-me up DVD that's sure to warm you up. Heaven.

Over a third of the nation are favouring nights in with the telly than out-on-the-town, for fear of slipping on ice, spending their limited pennies on expensive drinks and freezing in the queue for overcrowded nightclubs.

The range is designed for super sofa comfort and guaranteed to keep you toasty warm.

According to a new study we are spending 288 hours at home watching films each year - four every week. LOVEFiLM have designed a three-piece range especially for those who love nothing more than to don on cookie pants and watch films.

The range includes a giant inflatable dressing gown, a duvet dress and a pair of crotch-padded jogging bottoms for super sofa comfort and guaranteed to keep you toasty warm.

Fliss White, Head of Brand Marketing commented to a source: "Filmwear is the ultimate comfort range for keeping you warm and cosy when settling down to watch a movie at home.

"As more and more people opt for spending nights-in over an evening at the pub, it's great to have a clothes line that compliments this new trend. "

Though they may not be suitable for public eyes a favourite are the men's crotch-padded jogging bottoms that make a little lap for their companion to rest their weary head during a romantic or boring night, depending on your different choice of films. (Perhaps a little comfy stocking filler for him...for you?)

The duvet dress even comes with a detachable white pillow hood, so bedwear is the new headwear! This will come in handy for those one in ten Brits that spends 48 days watching films in a year.

The filmwear has already been well received at this year's Clothes Show Live in Birmingham on 5 December.

While a night out on the town is a thing we would never deny ourselves, a good flick and this duvet dress does sound tempting, especially at the moment. Just be sure to keep your filmwear seperate from your going out wardrobe for fear of getting all the wrong kind of attention on the dancefloor.
