If you are animation film fan then Inside Out is one not to miss next summer as it marks the return of Pixar to the big screen - it is always exciting when a new Pixar film is on the horizon as this studio truly knows how to deliver a movie treat.

Inside Out is the fifteenth movie from Pixar is the first to be released since Monsters University back in the summer of 2013 and it promises to be completely different to anything that the studio has ever delivered before.

The movie is based on an original idea from Pete Docter, and is told from the perspective of the emotions inside the mind of a little girl. Docter is also back in the director's chair for his first Pixar movie since he enjoyed huge critical and commercial success with Up.

A brand new trailer has been released for the film, and we have it for you to take a look at. It really does look like it is going to be a lot of fun:

In recent years, Pixar have brought together some of the most impressive voice casts and Inside Out really is no different as Diane Lane, Amy Poehler, Kyle MacLachlan, Mindy Kaling, Bill Hader, Phyllis Smith, and Lewis Black are all on board to bring these terrific new characters to life.

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions - Joy (Poehler), Fear (Hader), Anger (Black), Disgust (Kaling) and Sadness (Smith).

The emotions live in Headquarters, the control centre inside Riley's mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters.

Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

The Toy Story franchise, Up, Wall-E, Monster Inc, Monsters University, and Finding Nemo are some of the best animation movies to ever hit the big screen and I am excited to see what Docter and co deliver with Inside Out. It could well be the must see animation movie of 2015.

Inside Out is released 24th July 2015.
