Amy Adams is in talks to replace SAndra Bullock as Clint Eastwood's estranged daughter in baseball drama Trouble With The Curve.
Bullock was reportedly offered the role but turned it down due to scheduling conflicts.
The film will feature Eastwood as a veteran baseball scout, who is losing his sight, and will mark the Hollywood icon's return to acting.
He last appeared on the big screen in 2008's Gran Torino.
We haven't seen Adams on the big screen since The Fighter but she will be back in the new year with The Muppets.
She is currently filming Man of Steel where she will play Lois Lane.
