Anna Kendrick has revealed that she has not read the book Fifty Shades of Grey.
The Oscar nominated actress is just the latest name to be being banded about to play the role of Anastasia Steele when the novel is adapted for the big screen.
The EL James erotic novel has taken the world by storm and will made into a movie - however so far there is not script, no director and no actors cast in the lead roles.
but while appearing on Watch What Happens Live this week the actress admits that she has not read the book that everyone is raving about.
The likes of Amanda Seyfried, Emma Roberts, Leighton Meester, Kristen Stewart and Lucky Hale are just some of the names that have been linked to the central role.
As for Kendrick we last saw her on the big screen earlier this year in comedy What To Expect When You're Expecting and she has lent her voice to up and coming animation movie ParaNorman.
She has also completed work on End of Watch, The Company You Keep and Pitch Perfect.
