Denzel Washington has revealed that he was keen to reunite with filmmaker Tony Scott because they make good movies together.
Scott is back in the director's chair with his new movie Unstoppable, which sees Washington lead the cast of Chris Pine and Rosario Dawson.
It's the first time that the pair have worked together since The Taking of Pelham 123 last year.
Speaking at the LA Premiere of the film the actor said: "We make good movies together - period. It was fun to be a part of.
"I was inspired by the real people I met and the place where we shot. Fear paralyses some people and motivates others, it motivated these two men," he said.
Washington has already enjoyed box office success this year as he starred in The Book Of Eli, which was directed by Albert & Allen Hughes, back in January.
Unstoppable is released 24th November.
