Emma Stone has revealed that her Golden Globe nomination hasn’t sunk in yet.
The actress finds herself in the Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy category for her central performance in comedy Easy A.
Speaking to People the actress said: "It's insane! I'm still coming to realisation that I got nominated.
"I'm in the state of 'Oh my God!' My mum and dad called and they were on speakerphone and said, 'We're proud of you', and that was the best. I teared up."
She has been nominated alongside Annette Bening, Anne Hathaway, Julianne Moore and Angelina Jolie and is excited to be nominated with them.
"Let's just be honest, that's pretty surreal.
"I don't know what I'm going to do when I see her in person. I'm going to freak out when I see anybody in person."
The Golden Globe winners will be announced January 16th.
