Goldie Hawn To Make Acting Return

Goldie Hawn is preparing to make her acting comeback after almost a decade away from Hollywood.
 
The Private Benjamin star has spent the last few years working on her educational organisation The Hawn Foundation, which she founded in 2003, and she also used her time away from the cameras to write and research her new book 10 Mindful Minutes, a self-help book for both parents and their children to understand emotions and build self-confidence.
 
But Hawn admits she's looking to return to the spotlight - and she has teamed up with network bosses at HBO and Beverly Hills, 90210 creator/screenwriter Darren Star to find the perfect comeback project.
 
She says, "I guess it's time... We're trying to do something wonderful, and then there's a few movies out there I'm looking at.
 
"I'm actually thinking, 'Is it time to get back in?' I don't know. I just keep having fun, that's the main thing."
 
Hawn was last seen on film in 2002's The Banger Sisters.
