Halle Berry: 'Skin Colour Still A Problem In Hollywood'....

Actress Halle Berry is frustrated she still has to convince movie bosses of her acting ability because of her skin colour.The 41-year-old is the only woman of African American descent to have won an Oscar for Best Actress - but Berry admits race barriers still exist in Hollywood.She says, "It doesn't matter that I have an Oscar, an Emmy, a Golden Globe and a Silver (Berlin) Bear."I shouldn't have had to try so hard to be considered. I should have to stop convincing studios I am right for it - it should be on my acting merit."
