Helena Bonham Carter has tipped co-star Colin Firth to win an Oscar.
The pair star together in new movie The King’s Speech, which follows King George VI as he tries to overcome his stammer.
Firth has picked up a Golden Globe nod for Best Actor and Carter, who also picked up a nod, believes that he could win the big one.
Speaking to the Daily Star Bonham Carter said: "I've had a Golden Globe nomination before and then didn't get an Oscar nomination," she explained.
"But I presume Colin will get one, and I presume Colin will win."
It’s been a very successful year for the actress as she starred in Alice In Wonderland, which broke $1 billion at the box office.
She has also starred in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1, and she will be reprising the role of Bellatrix Lestrange in the summer as the franchise comes to an end.
The King’s Speech is released 7th January.
