Julianne Moore has admitted that she was shocked by the sex scenes in her new movie The Kids Are All Right.
The actress is one half of a lesbian couple in the movie and she reveals that she doesn't remember being that physical whilst filming so was a little surprised when she saw the movie for the first time.
She told The Daily Beast: "There is stuff I don't actually remember doing. When I saw the movie, I was like, 'Did we do that?'
"There's a lot of moving around. I don't remember it being that physical. But we wanted it to be funny and we really relied on each other."
The Kids Are Alright sees Moore star alongside Anne Benning and Mark Ruffalo in the Lisa Cholodenko directed movie.
Moore has enjoyed critical success this year with A Single Man before going on to star in Shelter and Chloe, Elektra Luxx is another movie due for release later this year.
She has completed filming on Crazy, Stupid, Love with Kevin Bacon, Emma Stone and Steve Carell and that is due for release next year.
