Keshia Knight Pulliam is hoping her new film role as a hooker will bring her to the attention of a potential Janet Jackson biopic.

The actress, who played Bill Cosby's youngest daughter Rudy on the hit 1980s sitcom, is hitting the headlines as a prostitute in Tyler Perry's new film Madea Goes To Jail - and she hopes the part will help her land her dream role as Miss Jackson.

She says, "If Janet Jackson does the story of her life, and I'm still young enough, I am there. No one can pull her off like I can.

"I have a dance background... (and) I can lip-sync all day long. I can't sing, but I can act like it very well."

The actresses role in Tyler Perry's new movie is causing a fuss in Hollywood as Bill Cosby's cute kid has been cast as a prostitute.

Perry cast Pulliam as his hooker in Madea Goes To Jail because he thought it would be a good idea to toy with her image as TV's sweetheart, and he cannot believe critics and gossips are making such a big deal of the idea.
