Megan Fox has allegedly left her Transformers 3 role over an argument about weight.
It was revealed last week that Fox would not be returning to the role of Mikaela Banes in third instalment of the multi-million dollar franchise.
And while there were rumours that she had been sacked from the project the actress released a statement saying that it was her decision to leave.
However The Wrap report that Michael Bay had supposedly given her a month to put on some weight after arriving to begin filming 'underweight', 'pale' and 'unhealthy'.
However representatives of the actress told The Wrap: "We disagree with the assessment about her weight. She looks healthy and happy."
It was revealed yesterday that Fox could be replaced by Victoria Secrets model Rosie Huntington-Whitely, although actresses such as Gemma Arterton, Ashley Greene, Miranda Kerr and Hayden Panettiere were supposed to amongst the possibilities for the role.
Filming on the third Transformers movie should get underway this summer for a release next year. Shia Labeouf is returning to the role of Sam.
