Mickey Rourke has blasted moviemaker Martin McDonagh in a new Internet interview, calling the In Bruges director a "jerk-off".

The Oscar winner cast Rourke in his new movie Seven Psychopaths but it's clear the two men didn't get along.

The actor has since departed the project and, asked to comment about his reasons for quitting the film he turned down a role in Sylvester Stallone's Expendables 2 for, Rourke tells Moviefone.com, "The director was a jerk-off... who wanted a whole lot for nothing."

The Wrestler star adds, "He can go play with himself."

But it's clear not every Hollywood hellraiser dislikes McDonagh - his In Bruges star Colin Farrell has signed up for a leading role in Seven Psychopaths, which also features Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell.
