Paula Patton has described Jane Carter as an interesting and complex woman.
The actress joins Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol as one of the new faces on the cast list as - but she reveals that Jane can kick just as much ass as her male co-stars.
Patton was in London earlier this week for the premiere of the fourth instalment of the hit franchise and she admits that while Jane can take care of herself she does have a vulnerable side.
This is the first bit budget action movie of Patton's career having starred in the likes of Precious, Just Wright and Mirrors.
The actress has already completed work on Disconnect which sees her team up with Alexander Skarsgård and Jason Bateman
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is released 26th December.
