Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she was excited to be working with Jack Nicholson and was slightly star struck when he walked on set.
I think Owen and Paul and I were all pinching ourselves every day we worked with him.
The pair star together in new comedy How Do You Know?, which also stars Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson.
Speaking to the Press Association the actress said: "Oh my gosh, it blows your mind when you walk on set and there he is.
"He's standing there and he's laughing, smoking a cigarette, and you're like, 'Oh my god this is not really happening'.
"I think Owen and Paul and I were all pinching ourselves every day we worked with him.”
How Do You Know is the first movie for Witherspoon since Four Christmases back in 2008, although she did lend her voice to Monsters and Aliens last year.
She has already completed work on Water For Elephants and is currently filming This Means War.
How Do You Know is released 28th January.
