Ryan Gosling has revealed that Carey Mulligan bakes the best cakes.
The pair are set to star together in new movie Drive and the actor admits that he bonded well with the rest of the cast on the movie due to their living arrangements.
Speaking at the LA Film Festival the actor said: "She makes a hell of a carrot cake, she really does!
"We all basically lived at [the director's] house, he sort of insisted on it.
"The editor was living in the living room, Carey was baking carrot cakes, I was driving everybody around, the writer was up in the attic.
"We just watched movies and drove around, the films a real reflection of what the experience was of making it."
Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn the movie is based on the novel of the same name James Sallis.
Drive is released 23rd September.
