Sucker Punch
Zack Synder’s adrenaline fuelled action flick Sucker Punch has blasted it’s way into UK cinemas and Filmclub, the education charity and experts in film for young people, caught up with the film’s young stars at the UK premiere to get the lowdown on the new high octane adventure.
Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical, Bandslam), Jena Malone (Into the Wild), Emily Browning (The Uninvited) and Jamie Chung (Sorority Row) all lined up to chat to Filmclub’s junior reporter Ben Angus, where they told him about their characters in the film and what it was like to work with director Zack Synder (300, Watchman)
Sucker Punch is an epic action fantasy that takes the viewer into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality.
Unrestrained by the boundaries of time and place, she is free to go where her mind takes her, and her incredible adventures blur the lines between what’s real and what is imaginary.
