Tobey Maguire Excited By New Spider Man

Tobey Maguire has revealed that he is excited about the up coming Spider Man reboot.

The actor left a planned four Spidey movie with filmmaker Sam Raimi leading to Andrew Garfield being cast in the role of Peter Parker.

But it seems that there are no hard feelings on Maguire’s part as he admits that he is looking forward to the new movie.

Speaking to Access Hollywood the actor said: "I'm really excited. I think Marc Webb is an exciting filmmaker, and Andrew is a great actor."

“I've been a fan of his. I saw Boy A, which I loved, a bit ago... and, of course, The Social Network."

And while Maguire may have left that franchise behind he is currently finding success with his new movie The Details.

Starring alongside Laura Linney and Elizabeth Banks in the movie The Details has been a huge hit at the Sundance Film festival this week.

The Details is the first movie for Maguire since he teamed up with Jake Gyllenhaal for Brothers.
