The award-winning team behind Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2 are back with – you guessed it – Despicable Me 3, where Gru learns he has a brother and goes out on a mission to find him and bring him into the fold alongside Gru’s love Lucy, and their adorable trio of daughters, Margo, Edith and Agnes (as well as the minions, of course). Universal Pictures have today released the final trailer for the film ahead of its release in June, which you can check out in all its hilarity below:

Steve Carell returns to the film as Gru, whilst Kristen Wiig is back as Lucy. Joining them is Emmy, Tony and Grammy Award winner Trey Parker as new villain Balthazar Bratt; a former child star who’s now obsessed with the character he played in the 80s, despite his career taking a sharp nose day in more recent days.

Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier, Nev Scharrel, Steve Coogan, Jenny Slate and Julie Andrews also lend their voices to the flick, which is directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, with co-direction from Eric Guillon. Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio wrote the film, whilst Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy produce. Chris Renaud meanwhile serves as executive producer.

Check out a great selection of new posters ahead of the film’s release in UK cinemas on June 30 below:
