Thor: Ragnarok hits cinemas later this year

Though there are just a few months before Ragnarok hits the big screen, much of the details surrounding the flick are being kept tightly under wraps, but a trailer is expected to come to fans soon.

Taking to his Twitter account, Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn said he’d not only seen the trailer for the upcoming movie, but he thinks it could be Marvel’s best trailer yet.

Considering the movie isn’t one Gunn has worked on, it’s great to know the director is getting behind his fellow talents who are behind the upcoming slate of Marvel releases.

Ragnarok in the comic book world has seen the Norse Gods go through a huge apocalyptic event, so fans are expecting some chaotic scenes later this year. Whether or not Hemsworth will make it through the film is still something up in the air, but with contracts coming up all over the place, this wouldn’t be a surprising place to bring Hemsworth’s story to an end.

Thor: Ragnarok comes to cinemas across the UK on October 27, 2017.
