The string of stars have all entered negotiations for Garry Marshall's latest ensemble holiday movie, which is being written by Anya Kochoff-Romano and Lily Hollander, Deadline reports.

As with previous movies 'New Year's Eve' and 'Valentine's Day', the film will tell a series of intertwining stories, this time about the lives of several mothers, leading up to the titular holiday.

Wayne Rice, Gulfstream Pictures' Mike Karz, and Kevin Frakes of PalmStar Media will produce the film, with Ankur Rungsta of PalmStar serving as executive producer.

The film is scheduled to begin production.

If she does sign on, the picture will mark a re-team between Julia and the director, who helmed her 1990 hit 'Pretty Woman', the movie which launched her as the highest-paid actress of the time.

And Kate has also previously worked with the filmmaker, on 'Raising Helen' in 2004.

Elsewhere, Jennifer and Jason co-starred in 2013's 'We're The Millers' and were said to be keen to work on another venture together.
