The first image of Patrick Stewart on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past has been revealed.
The actor is set to return to the role of Charles Xavier for the film and director Bryan Singer tweeted a new image from the set.
This is just the latest in a line of teaser images that have been released by the director since filming on the new movie got underway.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is the sequel to X-Men:First Class but will see some favourites of the franchise make a return.
Singer is also returning to the X-Men franchise for the first time since he helmed the terrific X2.
Stewart will be joined by Ian McKellan, Hugh Jackman and Halle Berry on the cast list while James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence will reprise their roles from First Class.
But it is not all about old faces returning to roles as Peter Dinklage is one of the new names on the cast list.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is released 18th July 2014.
