Vin Diesel has revealed that he is excited to work with Michael Caine on his next film.
Shooting is about to get underway on The Last Witch Hunter, and will mark the first time that Diesel has got the chance to work with the screen legend.
Caine is the latest addition to the cast list, while Breck Eisner is in the director's chair.
Speaking to Collider, the actor said: "I’m about to do a movie with Breck Eisner called The Last Witch Hunter where I play a 700-year-old New Yorker, which should be a lot of fun.
"Working opposite Michael Caine will be a blast. I’ve always wanted to work with Michael Caine so it’ll be the first time I get to work with Michael Caine.
"Rose Leslie is also gonna be opposite me, she’s amazing in Game of Thrones."
The Last Witch Hunter is the first film for Eisner since The Crazies, and will mark his first collaboration with Diesel.
2014 has already been a busy year for the actor, having just finished work on Fast & Furious 7.
He is also set to reprise the role of Xander Cage in a third xXx movie, while Kojak is also on the horizon.
Diesel returns to the big screen next week as he has lent his voice to Groot in the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy.
