Creamfields 2009 Announce Laidback Luke

Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August - Daresbury, Halton, Cheshire

Laidback Luke is the latest artiste to be added to the ever growing line up for this year’s Creamfields festival which takes place in Daresbury, Cheshire.  Performing on Sunday 30th August Bank Holiday weekend.   

Laidback Luke’s DJ & Production career has hit stratospheric proportions on the dance scene over the last couple of years, more recently with the release of monster track ‘Show Me Love’ which hit the top of the UK charts and saw him collaborate with Swedish mafia don Steve Angello. 

As well as being voted ‘Best Producer’ in 2008, Holland’s homeboy is also one of the hottest DJ’s of the moment, renowned for his killer remixes and high profile collaborations with the likes of Daft Punk, Cyndi Lauper, Roger Sanchez and David Guetta.   With an impressive discography of 100+ recordings under his belt and a reputation as one of the scenes hottest turntablists, Laidback Luke is one performance at Creamfields not to miss.

This new addition follows last weeks announcement of Eddie Halliwell who debut’s his new concept ED-IT at Creamfields for a festival exclusive.  Creamfields is the only festival to respond to the credit crunch, and have reduced the price on all weekend and camping tickets on the first 5000 tickets.
