Eminem After Sales Record

Eminem isn’t a man to settle for second best, so it’s pretty unsurprising that his new release, Relapse is on course to set a 2009 U.S. album chart sales record.

Early sales estimates suggest the rapper will claim his fifth consecutive number one on the Billboard charts next week with sales in excess of 650,000.

If the figures ring true, it will be the countdown's biggest debut since AC/DC crashed into the top of the charts with opening week sales of 784,000 in October.
