DJ Adam Goldstein’s estate has been hit by a creditor's claim from the dead star's former nightclub partner.

Loyal Pennings claims he was promised a third of the profits from Goldstein's Las Vegas club LAX, which opened for business in 2006 - and now he wants his cash.

In documents obtained by TMZ.com, Pennings insists he's owed more than $560,000 (£350,000).
